Returns Policy
Due to the time sensitive and pet health issues we can not accept any return orders for anything other than our mistakes. Any order in which you may have excess treats left, incorrect treats ordered or your pet does not like the flavor we can not issue a refund once the item has been shipped. Shipping usually occurs within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in the United States and Canada for our customers convenience. We also offer a free pick up service and a faster drop off service to guarantee freshness. Below is a break down of our shipping and drop off/pick up services.
Anyone in the 43920 area code is eligible for free drop off/pick up.
Anyone within a 15 mile radius can pick up, or have their dog treats dropped off. If picking your dog treat up, the drop off fee will be refunded to your account when you arrive.
Anyone outside of a 15 mile radius can pick their treats up, or have them shipped. If picking your treat up, the flat-rate shipping will be refunded to your account. To ensure freshness, we will only ship priority mail via USPS. Any order placed Thursday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Priority Mail shipping is a flat rate of $8.50 any where in the United States.
